hi,

i'm new to the community( cool ppls here *thumbs up* ), but i've been a fmp fan for a longer time now.
so, i wouldn't mind if somebody would send me the first part of chapter 1 of dvmc since i'am an non-IRC user ;D .
i know that part a was up for some time, but didn't now anything about it. (were too busy reading dd's fanfics)

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

Pretty much- I usually upload them there soon after we release it in the channel (although we always appreciate the nice people who know how to use IRC to get it from there b/c it saves us bandwidth ^^)

Always thought groups release first on IRC to get ppl to go to their channels to chat a little. Which I like to do anyways. :-D

What accent are you talking about Taurec? Or is it just that you can see IPs and see ".de" in his address?

Re the new novel that is coming out in Oct...
(ack- OT for the trans chapters, but this was brought up upthread...)

The Oct DM issue hasn't shown up locally yet (as of this past weekend), but I'm going to say I suspect the next volume will only be one part...

I doubt this is much to go on, but in the August DM issue, the pack-in was a collector box for the main novels. The box says it holds 7 books (the existing 6 +new one), and I sort of doubt they'd issue a box if this was gonna be a 2-parter.

Alternatively, could this suggest the end of the main novel series?
The audience applauded, even though it was not clear what Bush meant.

In the afterword of DVMC, the author says that there after the novel, the long series probably has 3 or 4 more novels left...although that's far from a certainty (there's a nice little "kanaa" on the end of it ^^).

I'm very impatiently waiting for the arrival of the Oct. issue of DM...I don't know if I can take the anxiety much longer ^^;;
