I've seen pictures of two different Bonta plushies. But, never seen them to buy. I expect both had very limited production runs, and are extremely hard to find. Perhaps they were never even in mass production and I only saw pics of prototypes.
One was a bit nicer, looked a little larger than the usual plushie- I only saw it available as a send-away prize for Dragon Mag (japan addresses only). There were also pics of a smaller one that looked more like a UFO catcher type, but have never seen a store or auction listing for one. If I have the pics around, if I can find them I'll post them.
Perhaps you could consider finding someone who is good at making plushies who could make you a custom one.

The audience applauded, even though it was not clear what Bush meant.
Yea, plushies are pretty rare and usually hand-made/custom items. The only mass production anime related plushie I've ever seen is of Ein (Cowboy Bebop). A friend of mine got his gf a Kon (Bleach) plushie, and his gf got him Naruto's pajama-hat. They're both rare items.
It's like a RPG treasure hunt. ^^
