where's that logo from?

Does anyone know where I can get a full picture of kaname from that top left logo on this forum? or was it completely drawn by a fan?

It was from a Full metal panic Manga cover ( I think ). They cropped her put her in a boarder and then added the cake and logo's. a good scan is available on one of the members sites I just can't recall who's... ( sorry The paint fumes got to my head)

The picture is the Special Pin-Up of Full Metal Panic! manga volume 4. It's funny with the picture? of Sousuke on Kaname's apron blushing since the picture? is conveniently placed on the top part of Kaname's apron.
