Editor appreciation...

Post by sj4iy »

Hey, for all the talk of translators, I think we should also show some love to the editors, proofreaders and quality control people that work on all of the series we enjoy :) They also dedicate their spare time to bring us stuff to leech, but don't usually get thanked for their efforts. If anyone wants to join me in thanking them, just give a shout out ^^

/joins the thank wagon

When I was thanking for the FMP goodies I thanked Boku-Tachi not single individuals.

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

You are the most prominent one of the Boku-Tachi FMP crew to actually visit us, you know... but many thanks to all the others on the team for the work that's so vital and yet rarely appreciated.

don't have a lot of time, so...:

I really appreciate the boku tachi releases. I realize that a lot of work goes into them, and that it's not a one-person job, so I certainly do appreciate all the people working on it...

You're all doing a great job :-)
Is it just me, or are there way too many talking decapitated heads around these days?

Thanks to everyone who is involved in translating, editing, and making FMP novels available! I cannot imagine the amount of work that goes into such a process, but none-the-less, I am whole-heartedly appreciative for it. Brandi, Boku-tachi and everyone else even remotely involved; you guys are awesome. :-D

I commented elsewhere on the board, but I wanted to say Thanks to everyone behind the manga and light novel translations.
Those of us who can't read Japanese (yet) really appreciate the efforts. To say the least, you have a time consuming hobby that you share the fruits of with the masses.
Thanks Again!
