The call had been made late last night. The captain had been very worried, so worried that she had insisted that Sousoke go check out the situation.
Sousoke replayed the recording of the call in the car. The agent was part of the gang prevention program and he believed he had a whispered with a high potential of being kidnapped on his hands. He had called and asked of help and guidance. He would be getting Sousoke.
Kaname had not been happy that they would have to make a stop at this part of town. She did not look happy at all, that is until the car showed up. Then her mood had changed, that was of course until she heard that it was a mission trip, she had smacked him with the hashin.

Darres had been worried all night. He had hardly slept at all. What was he going to do? A real officer was going to come and “check things out”, whatever that meant. Should he have the other boys pick up the apartment? Should he act military-ish? Darres was not good with these kinds of things. Sure he could tell you the fastest way to take out and armed enemy and the like. But when it came to dealing with people he was not so adept.
Darres had finally left his bed and headed to the roof. The roof was his other thinking spot. The wind was blowing lightly that morning. It was perfect place to forget everything. Darres headed to his favorite spot only to find that some one else was already there, Natasha.
She didn’t notice him at first. She seemed to be doing a mixture of ti-chi, yoga, and some other martial arts. For a while it was clam liquid movements and then it would speed up and become almost aggressive. Then she would slow down again. But one time she did a flip and that was when she knocked Darres over.
“Oh My Gosh! I am sooo sorry! I didn’t see you there.” Natasha said standing up rather quickly and taking a good step back. She was blushing quite a lot now.
“No problem, I should have said something. What was that, what you were doing?” Darres asked as Natasha gave him a hand to help him up.
“Oh that, I kind of made it up. Ti-chi was too relaxing, and yoga was too easy. So I put the two together and added hints of my own stuff. What do you think? Was it any good?” Natasha asked off hand.
Natasha had taken a seat on the end of one of the table that was on the roof. Darres took a seat next to her. From where they were sitting the sun began to rise sending a golden light all around them.
“It was interesting. Don’t think I have ever seen anything like it.” Darres was blushing now also. Not because he had bumped into Natasha, more like because what she was wearing. She was wearing shorts that were shorter than her skirt had been which was really pushing it and a sports bra that might as well have been a normal bra because it wasn’t very sporty. Directing his eyes in a different direction than their current location Darres spotted another body. “Who’s that?”
“I think his name is Loki. He came into the room about two hours ago crying for you. Well when he found me he wasn’t that upset, in fact he said he missed having girl-hugs. He was having trouble sleeping so I took him up here because he said that’s what you do. He fell asleep pretty fast after that.” Natasha was smiling. The little boy truly was adorable and he needed to be loved so much. “He said something about you being dad. What’s that about?”
“Yeah he does that. He is the youngest. Most of the boys are 13 if not 16 so it’s a little hard for him. Since I am the oldest and in charge he thinks I’m the dad. So that’s what he calls me, Dad.” Darres was smiling also. Loki could be a handful sometimes, but most of the time it was a joy to have the child clinging to he leg. Loki was a breath of fresh air in a rather musty life that Darres had.
“Hey Miss!” Another of the boys was standing by the door yelling. “Nico says that you are going to make us breakfast. If you even think of being able to feed us you better shake a leg!” Then he disappeared.
“Well I guess I better get cooking. You can get Loki and bring him down, Dad.” Natasha smiled at her joke ruffling Darres hair as she stood up. Darres smiled looking after her, maybe he should stop worrying so much.

Sousoke looked at the address on the door and then back at the paper. “Idiot! Please tell me this is the right apartment.” Kaname growled behind him.
“It appears to be but I think something is wrong. Why would so many people be at this agents apartment this early in the morning?” Sousoke was truly puzzled.
“We are never going to find out standing here.” Kaname rang the bell before Sousoke could do anything else. The door opened suddenly all the way. One boy was standing at the door while it appeared that about ten were tackling another into the hallway. The apartment was defiantly not the right one. They were looking for a Mithril agent not a bunch of boys.
“Can I help you?” Asked the one boy in a rather cocky tone.
“Um sorry, I must have the wrong apartment.” Sousoke turned around a motioned of Kaname to leave with him.
“Wait, Mr. Sagara!” Came from under the heap of boys. The larger boy that had been tackled wiggled his way out of the dog pile and to the door. “You have the right house. I’m sorry I guess they didn’t tell you my position. Please come in.” The boy was about Sousoke’s size but had wider shoulders and a darker more European completion.
“No, I would like to know what possible information you could give me though. I am rather confused why so many boys are here.” Sousoke looked around worried that he might miss something important. Kaname looked around to make sure that nothing jumped on her at sudden moments. This was not the normal place for an agent to be.
“We are all part of the ‘anti gang’ operation. Set in place to insure that gang violence did not interrupt the more important missions. There are only three totally gangs like ours that are run by Mithril. Ours was the first, or should I say we are the second part of the first group. There is another older group the handle the older gangs but we take care of the younger things. Most of the boys have a basic Mithril combat training, although some joined just because they needed a place to live. Does that help you?” Darres had on his most professional voice possible. This was like some kind of weird dream. Sousoke Sagara was the officer they had sent. Darres had to be his biggest fan. Darres had always wanted to be able to poilet an A.S. But only Nico knew that he idolized Sousoke. It seemed rather stupid for an 18 year old to thing s 16 year old was god.
“BREAKFAST!” yelled one of the boys as a heard of them came stampeding by towards the kitchen. Natasha could be seen serving some rather large portions of eggs, pancakes, waffles and toast. “Hope ever one likes American breakfast food, because that’s all I cook as far was breakfast.” Natasha said pour juice.
“That her?” Sousoke asked.
“Yup.” Darres said looking sidelong.
“You brought back up!” Natasha said seeing Kaname. “I’m Natasha and I need your help.” Natasha pulled Kaname along to help her get the boys food.
Darres and Sousoke looked at each other.
“This could be interesting.” Darres said, Sousoke had a similar expression on his face.
