Darres tapped his foot as he waited. He wanted to talk to Natasha and make sure she was feeling better. He also wanted to tell Kurtz it was time for their match, but there was no point in rushing the beating Kurtz was going to get. Or at least that’s what Melissa and Sousoke had said. Although Sousoke was a little less confident than Melissa, but he had said that Kurtz would be surprised.
“Natasha! Natasha! Could some one please unplug her head phones and get the crazy dancing monkey on the phone.” The man yelled. Darres rolled his eyes. Natasha was known for dancing around when she listened to music, the fact that she was doing it in public was a bit annoying.
“Oh, goodie!” came Natasha’s voice and then a crashing sound which must have been the man who had until recently be holding the phone sliding out of the way. “Darres! It’s good to hear from you.” Darres had not actually said anything yet, but he was not going to point that out to Natasha. “Do have any idea how bored I have been? Do you? I don’t think so! It’s so dull here.” This caused a rather loud roar from the men that she had been working with. Natasha being Natasha ignored them. “So how was your training? Did you do well? Are you going to be a pilot? Because at this point I am in no mood to have to go back and change the cockpit for some one else! Hear me Darres, you better have done well be I will not take no for an answer!” Natasha shouted. Darres just laughed, she really was worried that he had not made it.
“I’m sure happy then that I have past all the tests and all I have to do know is fight the pilot that is with you.” Darres laughed. He was a little surprised he had been able to get a word in, but that had been because even Natasha had to breathe some times.
“Really?” Natasha shouted.
“Yes, silly.” Darres said in a voice that you would use to talk to your dog.
“Guys, guess what” Natasha shouted at every one else. Darres held to phone a good few feet from his ear. “Darres is going to be a pilot!” Natasha shouted in excitement. Darres could tell she was jumping up and down, which made him roll his eyes more. Sousoke was giving him a funny look. Darres mimed jumping up and down and running in circles. Sousoke nodded his head like he understood.
“Wait a second!” came Kurtz’s voice.
“What?” Natasha scowled like a little schoolgirl.
“He isn’t in yet, he has to beat me first.” Kurtz pointed out rather loudly.
“That’s not a problem. If I can beat you up then Darres can make french-fries out of your pulp because that’s all that will be left.” Natasha cocked. Darres had to wonder what she was getting him into.
“Yeah, but we are going to be in M9’s so that is going to make it a totally different story.” Kurtz protested, he was fighting a losing battle.
“Your point would be what?” Natasha sounded very valley girl saying this. Kurtz smacked his face. It really was pointless fighting with Natasha; she had more will power than Kaname, if that was possible.
“Natasha, Sousoke need to talk to Kurtz now so you need to put him on the phone.” Darres said before Natasha started talking again.
“Fine.” Natasha sounded dejected.
“I’ll talk to you later.” Darres said. But he was wrong; it would be days before he would hear from Natasha again.

Natasha had not said anything about her dream that day. Darres had told her that she needed to stop scaring people with her dreams that foretold awful things to come. So Natasha had done just that. She had tried to keep her mind on her work but there was something eating at the back of her mind that told her she was in trouble. Natasha wasn’t sure what it was but she would be on alert when it happened.
Or at least that’s how she had though that morning. As the day went on the dream seemed further and further off. Had it been real? Had see really seen those men take Loki? Was it really just her mind playing tricks on her?
When Darres called all these thoughts were gone, never to be found again. Kurtz left soon after hanging up the phone to go to the training course. Natasha had want ed to tag along but the men still needed help and some could still not understand some of her directions.
It should have been a sign when there was a part missing. The whole team did a top to bottom search for it but it was nowhere to be found. They could not go on building with out the part, which was part of the lambda driver. Natasha said that she would go to the parts stock hold a few blocks down. The men were happy to let her get some air. They thought that Natasha was getting cabin fever from being stuck with them all day.
Now walking along in the sunshine Natasha could not have a care in the world. Well that wasn’t true. She missed her mom and her dad and her brothers. It was really unfair that she was stuck here. And where was her aunt? Natasha knew that her aunt Beth was some kind of doctor or scientist, but who would kidnap her? And how come it seemed that every one, including Darres knew something she didn’t?
Natasha opened the door to the stock hold building. It was a large warehouse just like the one that they were building the AS in. Speaking of AS, Natasha need to come up with a name for her new AS. But Natasha’s thoughts changed the moment she set foot in the warehouse. There was something wrong. It wasn’t the lighting, it wasn’t the man at the desk, it was some thing else. Something that Natasha could not put into words, it was a feeling in the pit of her stomach and in the hairs on the back of her neck. All of her instincts were telling her to run, to turn around and leave.
“Can I help you Miss?” the man at the desk asked.
“Yeah, I’m here to get a part. I think Mr. Warf called ahead to make sure that you had the part.” Natasha knew that she needed to get the part. But still some thing was up and she wanted out now.
“Oh, yes of course. Follow me, it’s just in the back.” The man led Natasha into the back, which looked a lot more like a warehouse than the front. Parts were pilled to the roof as far as the eye could see. But the empty hallways in-between the parts gave Natasha a creeping feeling. “Ah, here it is.” The man said smiling. His grin was giant, almost evil. Natasha’s eyes grew wide. She turned to run. Natasha had not gone far when the sound of a gun going off rang behind here. She felt the dart pierce her shoulder; it was hopeless for her to run now. As Natasha staggered around, slowly falling to the ground her attack approached.
“Good, you got her. Her aunt will be so pleased to see her.” Rang an eerie deep voice as Natasha lost touch with the world.

yeah it's short but it's just the second third of the this chapter. i happen to be going very slow.
but the story is going to be picking up and some of the real plot will be exposed. there will be fighting, there will be yelling, there will be breifings, there will be running, there will be guns, there will be character development and much much more.
too bad you will have to read it in really small parts.
