Ah, so Taurec has a Doormat Girl Complex (DGC), and HELLFIRE has... a Tough Love Complex (TLC)... or is it a Whipped Complex... who knows.

What I hate is when I go to forums, and there are these great looking girl in peoples avatars and signatures... but I don't know where the hell they are from.

I'm trying to think of a badguy that stands out... the only one I can think of is Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter. That's one crazy mofo. I also think Shinomori Aoshi and Saito from Kenshin is pretty cool, but they're not exactly the badguys. And I agree about the bitch in Last Exile . Oh, the Amazon Trio in Sailor Moon are pretty funny villans.
