I don't know if this is the wrong thread... but who's kinda wanting to see the yugioh movie? I mean I never caught on with the craze and the cards, but my little bro really wants to see it, so it would be nice if someone could tell me more info about it. thanks

I will not see that movie unless I'm dragged in shackles, while being shot at, while drunk, while high, after getting my schwing cut off! I find out my girl friend is a lesbian, and meet Jay and Silent Bob, while riding a pink pony!! Plus, my house burning down, a monkey throws crap at me, Osama decides to pay me a visit, whil a corpse is dropped on my front door. After I turn in to a girl, spank the monkey, destroy Teletubbies, destroy Barnie, and meet Preditor. Not only that but I would have to have my entire anime collection burned!!

If all that manages to happen then I'll probably have seen that movie.

well houses burning down are not that unlikely... and u probably will destroy all those chars in ur sleep man... so u'll end up being dragged to see it like me. those crazy scamming animes are smart man! all our money going into em!

Admittedly pokemon did make disgusting amounts of money on idiotic licensing contracts. It was not really a scam, because people weren't duped.

I'd agree that the TV series, Cards, and other spinoffs were simply licensing ploys to make more money...but if it ain't broke...don't fix it.

Games were pretty good though...

My advice...don't see the movie. The premise is even more idiotic. You could solve everything with a match and some gas. Burn the card.

If your brother wants to go and you accompany him...make him pay. That way the fanatic can get two cards instead of one.
