Heh.

I just watched it. I liked it a lot, pretty much what I expected.
Was hoping Kikyo wouldn't miss her chance but she was too busy talking :p. I'm glad Kagura didn't die. She's as cool as Lust in FMA. *cries for Lust* Ah... dangerous sexy women.
Is the manga still going?

Last I heard the manga would be continuing for some time yet.... supposedly
I don't have anything more concrete than that

Shonen Sunday is a giant series of different manga titles in one book. Usually it's only about 20 pages 1 side for each title. It comes out every week or 2 can't remember. So basically in Japan to read Inuyasha you have to buy it every week or so and can't buy it by the volume of a few hundred pages like in the U.S. So your buying a small phone book to read one title if all you want is Inuyasha.

Basically the series is still going and probably will end soon it's been going on for over 7 years now. the anime was a totall cop out but didn't suprise me how it ended typical anime ending. The manga is much darker with lots of the main characters being killed or going to die. The way the manga is going it will have a much better ending but to whether the main characters finally hook up and admit their feelings like my sister wanted in the anime the chance is very small.

Well, I went ahead and read all the manga scanlations of the chapters after the anime finale, up to date... I'm so sad now. :(

Before the sad stuff there's a filler where Inuyasha falls under a spell and jumps off a cliff to chase butterflies. That scene is so funny.

Well, I won't spoil anymore of the manga for those of you who haven't seen it. Go read it yourself or wait for the possible OAV/movies of it. It'll be much better than being spoiled here...

You know when a series is ending when the cool ones die. *sniff*

....just MHO but, something tells me there's going to be little in those
movie(s) / OVAs that'll wrap up the series. Why do that, when they
got the manga... and god knows when that'll make it's way over here.

Inu Yasha is my fav anime right after FMP.
I really like the story, the artwork and the cute ears. And also because of Inu Yashas damn good looking brother in law.... not bad, man.

I was quite unsatified with the ending, but there's hope:
In April Rumiko etc met to duscuss a possible future of inuyasha.
Maybe there will be new episodes in 2006.

They should animate the chapters involved in Kagura's... [ecs]death.[/ecs] It looked really beautiful in the manga.

Inu Yasha's brother-in-law? Fluffy or Sota?

Ya, it's sad. In fact, that event is right after where the TV series ended. Lots of major things happened; betrayals, reunions, deaths. Totally AMV material if it's ever animated :). Too bad the manga right now is back to its usual self of running around in circles.

I hear the manga will last for about another 100 chapters... :-o

EDIT: Okay, I take that back. It's actually starting to grow on me.
