all i know is season one wasn't that popular and had 13 eps for a hanime.. but the stories of both 1 and 2 dun link so it will be ok

Well, I hit the sub, nice music, LOTS of nice looking girls (seems like the animation studios want to give us more than 6 girls in our Autumn series), nice artwork.

One problem... is Kakyuusei 1 needed in order understand this?

Other than that, good anime. I don't know who the hell the main character is, I'm hoping it's Ryouma, he reminds me (looks and seiyuu-wise) of Kazumi Naoki of Hani Hani: Operation Sanctuary fame/shame.
