"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

i prefer to call the cars by name but in japan they go by chasis code go figure.

The website was pretty much dead on the name and specifc model for each character.
Like the EK-9 was sold in japan and the US with a regular 105hp engine but in the series the character had the limited ed type R with 185hp stock and a pretty much racing oriented suspensionb for autocross etc. So all EK-9's weren't type R's hell it wasn't even sold in the US.
And the R-34 was the last of the true skylines of that style AWD turbo etc
Plus the GT model RWD GTR model AWD.
Also the sil-eighty wasn't a real car at first. It's a Nissan 180SX hatchback with a S-13 Silvia front end that only came on the S-13 coupe but people swapped them for style or cause they crashed it and replaced it. Since it's the same chasis the sucker bolted right on. For a limited number of cars like 200-300 made you could buy a sileighty from the factory from a specialty dealer and it actually said sil-eighty on the back and had the silivia front on already installed and painted.
That's why I kinda hate how the japanese or all the poser wanna be's who don't even have any of the cars, call them by the chasis code to be JDM or to sound cool.
I have a 1985 Corolla GTS hatchback and a 1993 RX-7 and you don't hear me going around saying AE86 Trueno/hachi roku or FD3S etc.
