I'll scan it when I can pull out the scanner without getting into too much trouble...but I didn't see much new- a staff list (kanji! *shrieks*)- when I get it scanned someone else hopefully will find more...?

This is it, after mucho delays on my part, its finally done!
Campus? Paperfan? Countdown.
A 300% increase in gags, this time [Fullmetal] will be a blast!!
He spent his youth in the battlefields of the world. He is part of the secret military organization "Mithral", completing many missions. He is Sagara Sousuke. He has a solution for every dangerous situation, cool headed, makes the right decisions, an excellent survialist. A man like this however, has a field that he has trouble with. A place of Hope, Desire, and Despair. A horrible battlefield where many thoughts of young people interact with each other..... This battlefield : highschool campus.
Anyway, this time Fullmetal*Panic will be an origainal short series focusing mainly on campus comedy. Compared with the previous series which foucs on the duel between Mithral and the mysterious terror orgainization, this will be a much more light-hearted drama full of gags. Who knows, maybe even Arm Slaves using flower shaped weapons are possible this time!
About this 180 degree turn in presentation, producer [?](misplaced my dictionary, someone else will have to figure out his name) says: "The previous series didn't touch much on it (school life), instead they used short clips here and there. A gag production needs to have tempo, it needs to have the rolling pace, then finally going beserk."
As for words of expectation, even the script writer Shimo Fumhiko says, "Schoolground comedy drama's charm on full display." As to the animation of events that happened in the original work, we are still finding out about it. "nice meaning, maybe even surprising."(Shimo)
All said and done, the main character is afterall "THAT" Sousuke. He's going to be that "war monger idiot" again and cause havoc around campus. of course this means that Kaname's fustration is going to rise. Then again, fans have this "love-hate" relationship with this kind of Kaname, but they enjoy it none the less. The day which Kaname's ultimate paperfan attack's going to explode on Sousuke's head, how long do we have to wait!?

From the FRONT: Its difficult therfore its worth trying! The challenege of gag anime.
Compare to the long story anime, the gag anime is in reality uch harder to execute. In a story anime, "Logic" is used as a contruct to gather popularity with its fans. But a gag anime is much harder in that it require a certain "empathy" with its viewers on an emotional level. "That alone is give us the drive to try it." says creator Gatou Shoji. We wish the staff our best inthis challenege.
Sousuke description:
He's dependible on the battlefield, but he's just a bother on the campus. Time and again applying battlefield logic to everything, the ruckus he causes every moment... then again, he dosen't really have the desire to change his ways.
Kaname description:
The protectee of Sousuke, this position is reversed 180 degrees in school. In order to protect the "peace and prosperity" of the campus, she fights the good fight everyday with her paperfan.

Somewhere between 13 and 20 I guess. Most short series tend to have 13 eps. This part focusing on comedy however, does give rise to the possibility of a 3rd series (to complete the story. Novel is giving me headaches galore).

After reading this article, one thing is for sure: It's better to not have any expectations. What I mean is, we can't expect a series like the first one.
I hope that it will be a good anime, but to say the truth, I have a bad feeling about it.
