I agree that Kaname is probably just being treated royaly, Leonard seems the kind who thinks he can win someone over by being a smarmy git and giving her what he thinks she wants like nice clothes and and a comfortable bed but all she really wants is freedom and Sousuke Its a bit like Beauty and the Beast in that respect, except two beauties.
Interesting. Though if Leonard is after Kaname's heart, he's going to make some kind of move sometime, it's not like he really expects Kaname to go up to him and declare her love even though that's probably what he dreams about. You would have thought with Leonard being a genius and prodigy would have known that his tact at things with Kaname would never work. Like he said, he likes tough resilient girls, kind of ironic.

Seriously, though. That's probably the clothes they left out for her. I doubt she would have actually CHOSEN to wear that, let alone while in enemy custody. So he's probably getting his kicks that way. But I doubt he's done much more than that.

I agree. In the original series, she seems to favor pin-stripe pajamas as her nightclothes of choice.

Ah, point taken. Leonard probably did do that, if it was Kaname's choice of clothes, they would probably have insignias of "Let Me Free", or "Leonard Is A Idiot And Should Be Strangled By His Coat". The strange thing is, is that Leonard is seemingly trying to make her all happy, but I'm sure he's not letting her out of wherever she is. And Kaname isn't a perfect candidate for being imprisoned against her will. She's already experienced it before.

Weltall Elite, I think you've interpreted my meaning horribly wrong, no offense meant. I mean like trying to make her content and grateful so that she'll somehow like him. That's pretty much what I meant. Sorry if it seemed like a connotation.

All I said is that we don't know that. And we don't know this either. All we know is that she's sitting on a bed somewhere in a skimpy negligee crying. That's all we've seen of her since she's been kidnapped. Anything you, I or anyone else says is speculation. I only said that because the way you worded it sounded like you were stating a fact when we really don't have a clue how Leonard's been treating her.
