@Kaze - Series was better than the Movie. If you've seen the series, you can skip the movie and not miss anything good.
Remember kids, trying to start Armageddon is dangerous. Do not try it at home.

[14:57] Katyusha [Love Through Superior Firepower]: Nope, cant see a thing.
[14:57] Katyusha [Love Through Superior Firepower]: Not using MSN remember?
[14:57] Silver Lynxy: Oh right. You're one of those Trillian people, aren't you?
[14:58] Katyusha [Love Through Superior Firepower]: trillian people? =.= What are we, an ethnicity now?
[15:00] Silver Lynxy: Yes. An evil race.

Sakura Flowers was a short one time story in the Japanese Shonen Jump magazine. It was all done in color and was, I believe, the last work of Rurouni Kenshin Watsuki ever did. It entails the characters meeting for a picnic where the venue is surrounded by cherry blossoms, hence the name Sakura Flowers. It's about 5 years after the Enishi Arc/Jinchuu Arc and it shows Kenshin and Koaru[ecs] with their son, Kenji.[/ecs] It gives pretty good insight in what's happening in the Rurouni Kenshin world at that time, and you can see that the Seisouhen OVA was based heavily on how Watsuki drew the characters, like how Kenshin, Kaoru, and even Yahiko more older and mature with different clothes. And it has Sanosuke perfectly the way he was drawn in Sakura Flowers. There was also Yahiko's Journey. http://www.thespectrum.net/manga_kenshin.shtml

The 3rd episode of Vandread: The Second Stage that was about Shirley. That was the second episode of Vandread I've seen on TV, WAM!, and that just got me hooked; and now I try to see all I can. That was the most saddest episode of any anime I have ever seen.

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

Trinity blood made me cry my eyes out when I realized at the 12th episode I wasted 4.8 hours of my life watching that crap.

I'm not sure I would call it cry...I've never sobbed during anime...but a ton of tears have rolled down my cheek's - usually I just have a bigass smile locked in too.

It's usually when something really awesome happens...the sad moments get me all shaky, but it's upon a cool resolution that I cry.
examples (spoilers for FMA, Naruto, FMP):
[ecs]
The fight between Lee and Gaara in Naruto, where Lee keeps standing up in his fighting pose per reflex, even after being knocked unconcious...just the thought of that can still bring tears to my eyes...
Or when Scar of full metal alchemist blows up the brigadier generals, (the iron-blood alchemist, what's-his-name)'s face...the sequence leading up to it is awesome...

Heh, and the final fight in full metal panic: TSR, yeah, then, I cried too..
[/ecs]

Or when something really beautiful happens...or something epic...it doesn't just go for anime, I've sat around crying during the climax when reading a book such as 'the hobbit', and I've done likewise when the ents stormed Isengaard during the lord of the rings 2 movie...

I'm never sitting around 'wrecked' after an anime...
Is it just me, or are there way too many talking decapitated heads around these days?

Yeah Fruits Basket when Kyo revealed his true self to Tohru... it was kind of gross, but sad.
