cool banner frame as the one before had
By improve I mean this scan has been adjusted with the following:
* Heavily Improved Colors (Blue hair instead of blue green, removed highlighted red shadow, added colorfull eyes )
* Manually Added sharpness
* Added FullMetal*Panic Earing (I had to make something to make it unique doh ~_~)

Anyway I choose to make this one purely cause I thougth her looks
in it was beautiful & neutral
