Just when you thought...

anime couldn't conquer any more realms... Ginban Kaleidoscope proves ya wrong :-D
Sakurano Tazusa is a beautiful and gifted figure skater, but because of her highhanded character and venomous tongue, she is hated by other people. In these days, she cannot display her true ability at the competitions, and she continues failing. One day, when the next Olympic’s delegation selection process is at the final stage, she is haunted by a Canadian ghost. At first, Tazusa refuses him, but gradually she begins to open to him, and she works hard to be chosen as an athlete of Turino Olympic.
Okay... like... FIGURE SKATING?! WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT?! :-D
And I admit, the chance of a Canadian being in the char mix was tempting
as well....

// proudly Canadian

Hoping they can live up to some of the expectations for the level of
attention and detail shown as in Kaleido Star S1

On a good day, a Tomahawk can fly into the door of a two-car garage at the distance of several hundred miles. And that can ruin your whole day.

Power marathoned thru #4, and #5s somewhere to watch soon as I fix
a few player issues... Tazusa isn't a total b*tch, just more apt to blow up
and put down everyone around her than look towards herself for fault.
Pete Pump (where they got that wierd name, I don't know :-D ) so far's
been a spectral form hanging around Tazuma, alternating between annoying
her to hell and making her look like she's got a few screws loose
'Course, Tazusa's got her way of returning the favor... kinda.

So far seen some skating action, and the animation work's incredible!
And Tazusa's learnt that she has to open herself up more if she wants to
excel at her craft... so what Pete's secret I wonder

#5 I think Tazusa's shootdown line towards the end's worth the price of admission

NOW Pete begins to remember his last moments? Well, least his hobby
as an aviator isn't all that bad. I have to check again what age one can
legally obtain a flight licence in Canada.

...guess it won't be until after New Years before any more eps come out

EDIT: any luck fixing Tazuasa's attitude there Gauss? :-D

A forum post should be like a skirt. Long enough to cover the subject material, but short enough to keep things interesting.

...the coach is as useless as usual...

...the press is as friendly as ever...

...as is Miss Nasty the 3rd....

...but Tazusa's got a secret weapon up her sleeve :-D Euh, waitressing on ice?
Are those cracks I see developing in her emotional armor?

There have been shorter. I'm actualy surprised how I can actually watch it. Somehow the premise of Ice Skating didnt really appeal to me at first. Of course, the concept of watching someone play Go a few years back didnt seem interesting at first either. And it's been said before, so I'll say it again, HF needs a lady whos name doesnt end in a filename extension. :P
Remember kids, trying to start Armageddon is dangerous. Do not try it at home.

[14:57] Silver Lynxy: Ack. You couldn't see that?
[14:57] Katyusha [Love Through Superior Firepower]: Nope, cant see a thing.
[14:57] Katyusha [Love Through Superior Firepower]: Not using MSN remember?
[14:57] Silver Lynxy: Oh right. You're one of those Trillian people, aren't you?
[14:58] Katyusha [Love Through Superior Firepower]: trillian people? =.= What are we, an ethnicity now?
[15:00] Silver Lynxy: Yes. An evil race.

#9 Gonna need more Titan IIs... Tazusa just can't get a break from
the speculations and s*t from the press. :-D Nor Mika, who's the victims
of all of Tasuza's rants at Pete.

...I think the Coach is finally showing some spine.

Priceless   moment between Pete & Tazusa at the end... if she could ever
admit to those feelings. She'd better, cuz it seems the 100days is
fast approaching...
