How come the alternate Skins don't work?

Sorry, the alternate skins aren't intended to work. Everyone sees the same one. Right now the main reason is laziness on my part, but also to allow us to switch logos frequently (which we do). There were other reasons in the past *snickers* but I might be over that.
The ones that are there are really old and most, if not all of them, are probably not compatable with the current forum version, anymore. Artifacts of the forum's old days, really.
