I have no idea what 24 is about, but whenever I see situations like these for me it's automatically Sagara. He did live as a mercenary his whole life while the 24 guy might have been trained through academies. To me, Sagara has the experience to take down almost any gunslinging character. Some things you can only understand by experiencing it firsthand.

There is no way a LD can take a nuclear explosion .. Jack wins.

because Jack is human and Sagara ...isnt.

By that logic Sousuke can be killed by a eraser or melts in paint thinner
