it was all a plot done by Tessa and the TDD to draw out somebody of Amalgam

Circle: I think Tessa's matured quite a bit, courtesy of COMO; it would be a shame if she broke down this soon in the narrative.

sj4iy: Did they say which AS it was? The remains of the Arbalest? The ARX-8? Or was it an enemy AS?

And is it a known Amalgam operative, or an entirely new one?

Hope I'm not asking too much at this point.

haven't been to this forum in a long time, but since new novel started i thought i'd come visit

spoiler for Pyrite

the AS tessa shouts out for is the black M9 piloting by Cruzo aka Uruz1 aka the black guy who kungfu'd sousuke's ass back in "end of day by day", and the enemy AS is the silver one with the hair, forgot what it's called.

the Amalgam guy is both new and old, he has only been in the past story once, and he was guarding leonard in an AS when tessa met him at their parents' grave, so he's never shown his face before

btw i was really worried when tessa came out looking like a crazy person at the start... what a show! whoever in this thread said tessa is boring and chidori is more fun is obviously without a clue lol

Silver with hair? That suggests a Codarl like the one used by Gauron in Khanka/Shun On and Afghanistan (if it was indeed the same unit; I've always wondered about that, He could have simply gotten another Coadrl... sorry, rambling).

Amalgram using Codarls is niteresting though. Up till now, it seemed as though their primary AS was the Codarl-M/Venom, but they're using the older Codarls? Curiouser and curiouser.

I wonder how Cluzout is gonna be able to get himself out of this one.

Just a few:

Clouzot fights the AS, but the bad guy still gets away. Tessa is talking to the bad guy on the phone and that's when she says something to the effect of "I hate know-it-all f**king sh*ts like you to death"- and then tells him to tell that to her brother. Skip back to Kaname and Leonard - Kaname's fighting back in her own way- by not letting Leonard eat her homemade Omelette rice! Sorry, guess I feel Kaname should be doing something by now, instead of just being all docile and crap. Anyway, Leonard receives information from one of his lackies to the effect of "It seems he's alive." He responds with "You mean him, right?" "Yes, Sousuke Sagara". And it ends there.

I'm excited to see next month's issue- I'm hoping Sousuke appears back on the scene.
