thats kinda where I got the idea from, I just don't have a tool that makes the fireworks look like that, it was too tedious and I might change it in the future, had to meet the deadline today lol

Photoshop layers => blending mode: screen was my friend.
I can make fireworks in shop but getting a picture with fireworks worked a lot faster for me. (deadlines suck)
