I wouldn't say it was the best Anime I've seen, but I thought it worth mentioning.

I thought Chobits was really cute especially Sumomo, I want a Sumomo of my own! I think they should make a sequel set 50 years in the future when Hideki is an old man and Chi is still young, I think it would be pretty funny

as I know more than a few people who watched the series and STRONGLY
wished for her to encounter an EMP pulse or worse...

I think she has her fans though, as I found to my horror when I was Googling Sumomo to find some cute pictures and just found... well...
