is anybody watching this?
they are at ep. 15 now and I impatiently wait every week for the new episode.
It's about Otani and Kouzumi who are the comedy-duo in high school, because Otani is kind of small and Kouzumi quite tall and they battle all day. Then they make a deal to find somebody to love and achieve happiness, but one day Kouzumi realises her true feelings for Otani...
It's totally hilarious and just cute. but the best thing about it is that their characters with their feelings, desires and complexes about height are so well sketched and that the development of their realtionship is kind of slow but so realistic, sweet and heartwarming that you just HAVE to love them . it begins with nothing serious but evokes into a really strong and emotional story.
I strongly recommend this fine piece of animation!

...weeeeeeell, I don't know about the (slightly) variable animation style, but
I LOVE the story! TOTALLY fun 'opposites attract' story that never gets old.
Favorite ep was post-summer fireworks and Risa gets alittle TOO into character
for the ghost of the haunted house!
There's also a live-action movie that has a few of it's own laughs, plus the
fact Nami Tamaki plays the part of Risa's attached boyfriend, though
not with her anime counterpart's streetwise personality.
Regards

...after all the landmines, they just have to put in the 'fun on the side' boytoy?
Whiskey...Tango...Foxtrot?! I would think after all the trouble she went thru
Koizumi would have such a fickle heart.

that they were Risa's parents was a scene to DIE for!! After the scene
where Risa gets a 'feminine' makeover... amazing what a hairstyle and makeup
will do to a girl

yeah, so true. koizumi is a real beauty.
when it comes to omebozu she just gets nuts so she could not resist to go with red-streak. and because koizumi is still a bonehead and naive, she didn't thought of anything bad and that she and red-streak could be just friends (haha..women........).
anyway it would be boring without a little drama, would it?
I hoped the series would get more cheesy in the end.
but still a great show! one of my absolute favourites!
