Not really sure what would be more evil ..
Waking up and never have to known the ones you loved (well more evil for the reader)
or remember them while they ended up in a bright flash and loud bang.

either shoji gatou has gone crazy or he's decided that "what the heck, this is the end, i might as well make really absurd plot twists just to mess with their heads"

after reading that the taros was created using the brains of thousands of dolphins, i began to really get this feeling

oh hey, I just realized the meaning of the title

"approaching nick of time" means approaching the "nick" that was made in time and the point at which this nick can be reversed

More importantly, who the hell is Nick? I hate it when they introduce characters at the last minute, especially foreign characters from a country called "Time". And why approach him?

Nick is actually the creator of the whispereds, his real name is Nicolai Frofenhof and he was responsible for harvesting the dolphin brains.
