Below is a scene from FMP? Fumoffu, Episode 14 (the "girl hunt" one).
On one of the karate guy's arms (the dude on the right) is some Kanji that, in Chinese, reads: mei shao nü, meaning "pretty young female." Interesting that I didn't notice it before.
Does anyone know what it says on the left guy's arm?
How is your understanding of kanji?
There are some Chinese fmp sites around that seem to be close to the source of information...

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

Hi I'm new ^^ from italy and I know some japanese, if I may I'll reply to your answer:
The tattoo on the right says: "bishoujo" that means "beautiful girl"
the one on the left: "Loli inochi", "Lolita is my life" referred to the Lolita Complex (obsession for very young girls)
