Is Fumoffu presumed to take place sometime after the happening with the Toybox episode, or sometime during the time that Sousoke was guarding Kaname-chan at school?

I had always presumed that it was after the first season, but lately I`ve been thinking that may not be the case .... (which is kinda disappointing .. I was thrilled that Kaname and Sousuke HADN`T parted forever at the end of season 1 ...)

Which is generally presumed to be the true case?

Its ambiguous on purpose; it can infact be taking place both during and after season 1, but it's officially been called 'stand alone'.

Interestingly enough, I did manage to get a copy of the ADV Manga's FMP #1 and the 1st episode from FMP?F is an adaptation of the first 30 pages (well, specifically pages 10-30). Just because its an adaptation, dosn't mean that that is the definitive time period in which it happened.
