Episode 5
Episode 5
I just got a hold of the next DVD, and just looking through for the first time, I can see some definate ground vehicles.
I do believe those ACPs that Sousuke fights in the arms slave are BMP-5s.
I'll see if I can dig up one of my smartbooks to give you guys some real stats later.

As for that truck that Sousuke escapes in before he gets the arms slave, I've come across a very similar vehicle, though in the pictures I see it's an MRL. The cab and truck itself could have easily been taken and had a shelter placed on the back however. Here are the stats for the MRL anyway, incase you are interested.

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

On a good day, a Tomahawk can fly into the door of a two-car garage at the distance of several hundred miles. And that can ruin your whole day.

I'd say it's an AV-8B II + for fusion of night attack and Radar capbalities. Plus Mithril always has cutting edge stuff, and the AV-8B II+ is the latest.

...thinking back to your thread in OT there Andrei, any PHYSICAL
external differences that would allow you to tell between an AV8B
and an AV8B+?

All I know is that the AV 8B+ has a longer nose (containing the Hughes AN/APG-65 multimode radar) than the AV8B . The radar was initially developed for the F/A-18 Hornet. And I found out recently that it is equipped with Sidewinder launch rail on the outrigger landing gear fairing.
