@ Avlor:

Yes, the programs do have that capability. Thanks for your help; I'll mess around with it when I have a chance. ^_^

@ Taurec:

What do you mean by the arm/elbow needs work? Can you explain? It should be sharper or something?

Anybody else out there familiar with either of those progs? (I.e. will they do layers?)
Yes, they will. I'm using Photoshop 7.0 but I'm not very good at it. ;) Still experimenting.

[Sigh.] So if I do chose to color it, it will be disgustingly colored with my uncontrollable, clumsy digital pen thingy and maybe even messier than how it is now.
Nice work, always keep drawing Kelek

I use Photoshop, so I'm not sure what Elements doesn't have. If Elements has the tools for it, you could create selections by clicking on your lines. Different selection tools work in different ways. I'm not sure if E has paths. Then you wouldn't have to worry about the color fill being not-exact because of your lines- you could create the areas without having to draw iffy lines on a computer screen (it's not like paper at all!)

With her arm- her forearm should be thinner than the upperarm, and slightly tapered from the elbow to the wrist. It's a bit thick, and draws the eye to her elbow. The pants look great- nice that you drew all the seams and the creases are nice and casual :)
The audience applauded, even though it was not clear what Bush meant.

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."

About the arm...I knew that, but I didn't notice it at first. :-P I actually thought her pants were the messiest(sp?) part. :-o
