I gotta feeling that a whole lot of people are going to want to drown their sorrows for the next four years. Give me a beer, so I can cry into it.

I am sickened by the fact that someone who states that school girls can't go to the bathroom at the same time lest they become lesbians or that homosexuals and unwed mothers are not fit to be teachers could get elected. Its intolerance, predjudice and bigotry, prettily packaged as morality and rightousness.

I wonder how many hurricane seasons like this last one it will take before the price of real estate in the Carrribean has dropped enough that I can afford my own island.

I do. That's why a helpful freind gave me a calendar of special occasions and holidays, so I could justify getting drunk every day of the year...though 11 of those days were Blackbeard's Wedding Anniversay.

K, I got this california Syrah here (red wine), but its a bit darker flavor than I want right now. So, red wine for any who wants it, take it off my hands....

The Republican National Committee announced today that the Republican Party is changing its emblem from an elephant to a condom. The committee chairman explained that the condom more clearly reflects the party's stance today, because a condom accepts inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks, and gives you a sense of security while you're actually getting screwed..
