Questions regarding the first season...

Well, I've been lurking at these forums for quite a while, and I watched the first season of FMP! not too long ago, and it was pretty good. I'm planning to watch Fumoffu when I have the time.

Anyway, I was wondering...

1.) In the last few episodes, Sousuke was seen talking to this blonde woman aboard the Tuatha de Danaan (the one who discovers that the oxygen levels in the hangar(?) are abnormally high). I didn't catch her name properly - on account of the poor subbing - but it seems to be listed as "Goldberry", which I find slightly disturbing. She seems to be reasonably important among the crew - I think - but what exactly does she do?

2.) Also, what's the black woman's (presumably the ship's doctor) name?

3.) Is "Sela" really an intentional pun of "Sailor"?

1) the blonde's name is 2nd Lt. Nora Lemming, the Cheif Enigineer of the De Danaan. She runs the engineering section of the sub. Basicially propulsion and power generation is under her command. She knows the most of the deDanaan of all the crew minus Tessa.

2) the Black woman is Lt, Goldberry the chief medical officer of the deDanaan. Other then that I couldn't tell you.

3) Sela is probably a way of trying to convey a different dialect then the norm I guess. Of course, since I didn't see this subtitled I will possibly be wrong.

Ah, it looks like I got the names wrong, then. (I still think "Goldberry" is a strange name, though - and I blame LOTR.) Thanks.

...I recall reading somewhere her and Kalinin are in a relationship -- or was
it just crew gossip -- but I can't confirm this as I don't recall where I read it.
