Yeah, but Malaysia usually gets their stuff first. (Even if quality and legitimacy are sometimes questionable... )

Non-babelfish translation ^^ below:

------

Full Metal Panic TSR Special Edition OVA Sale has been decided!

The TV anime run was very popular, and the DVD sales have also been promising. This is great news for fans, but on the other hand, it's a bit sad to think that the series has finished. So this is for everyone! It has been decided that the expectant new work will be promptly released!

This latest work= Full Metal Panic's first OVA, a special edition of the TV series "TSR", entitled "A Day in the Life of a Squadron Captain with Some Free Time" (*1). The main character is Teletha Testarossa, who can boast of being Full Metal Panic's No. 1 popular and steadfast female character, and open fanservice will surely abound. This seriousness of TSR will be dropped, with the "main theme" of this OVA running along a comedy line-infatuation line. It's not exaggerating much to say that this was made for those people who say "Seriousness is very important, but so is comedy in Full Metal Panic".
Organized below is [a list of] the staff, all of whom worked on TSR, so the quality can be guaranteed. It goes on sale 5/26. Since the limited edition will come with a drama cd, fans must get this without fail!

------

Translator's Notes:
1. This is just a literal translation- I wouldn't be surprised to see it shortened to something like "A Day in the Life of a Squadron Captain" since it's just kind of understood that this is an everyday kind of thing.

They mean the 3rd season (i.e. the TSR Series) is finished.

1st Season: FMP Series
2nd Season: Fumoffu Series
3rd Season: TSR Series

At least thats what I'm reading.

Yeah, there's no way they're going to stop now. Especially given TSR's loose ending and the fact it seemed to have been a success. I'm pretty sure it'd be easy for them to get the funding for another series run.

Here you go!

*Produces, not 1, not 2, but 6 Halisens from subspace pocket*

One for each hand! :-D Make sure you have a good grip first though.
I lost one earlier... erhm... educating someone.
:-D
Hand-made and weighted to create a more effective swing. I took a day class on making them once.

Tessa being number 1 female character. Ha! :? Sousuke's not chasing after her is he?!

Number one indeed. :grenade:

The doomsayer in me thinks that he knew this (Tessa's fan ranking) was going to happen all along; the regular side thinks, "More FMP + Open Fanservice = TEH WIN". So... great news all around.

(Maybe they're just waiting for the novels to actually finish so that they can write in DVMC, COMO, BOMF and etc. without having to come up with a half-assed ending. Who knows?)

And we have seen Brandi in action! Thanks for the more understandable translation.

So, they got the same feeling as us as in FMP! needing comedy here and there.

so the OVA will be fumoffu-style.
well, that's cool. I loved Fumoffu.but a AS-fighting and plot-development wasn't to bad, too, was it? :D

I can't decide wether I would prefer a fumoffu or a TSR-style OVA.
We need more of everything I guess.
especially more KanameXSousuke
