Nope, it's already been established that it is not the OVA they're talking about. Read the thread I linked to for a few reasons as to why it's not the OVA--

1) Difference in dates, OVA = 26th, this "release date" = 9th

2) The listing on Suncoast says "Vol. 1 + Box" and Vol. 1 w/o Box", the OVA will not have volumes.

Additionally, the OVA is a Japan-only release. It's not something a US retailer would have info on.

Overall, I think this news is good news for a US release. But the facts of it are a wait and see.

Update:

ADV released their official May solicitations, TSR is not listed as one of them.

Seems it was an error on someone's part.
