Cool! I saw these figures in a magazine ad scan last year, and have been looking for more info since.

Do you know if HLJ'll be stocking both of them?

From what i heard the two figures will be released as a set by Bome (like the Eclair and Lumiere Bome collection Vol. 9).

HLJ currently doesn't have it in their preorder list (and neither does any other shops as far as i know) but you'll probably be able to buy it from them since they have quite a few Bome figures.

Funny, since the scheduled released is in April there should be some preorders going around- my source might be incorrect.

Sounds good, I'll keep an eye out so I can slip in before they go out of stock

i totally agree. the ecchi kaname figure by Atelier Sai looks weird- her face is kinda messed up. Atelier Sai usually makes good quality figures so i was surprised at the figure didn't look like the actual kaname from the anime. http://www.hlj.com/product/ATS82028

These new figures are sculpted by BOME (and all his figures are very well-done and are not as pricey).

the fullmetal panic hotspring set was totally rubbish and definitely not worth talking about.

the kaname figure in white bikinis by good smile company is pretty well sculpted (but i prefer the Bome ones). i think someone has posted the pictures of it somewhere before, but i'll be taking photos of the one on my desk tomorrow (if it's sunny) and posting it in my blog.

Indeed, you don't have to get awkward expressions with these figures on display :-D

Also, I REALLY like the bases on these new figs. Especially Kaname's.

As for Atelier Sai... well, they lost me with their AS set #1, looked good in the promotionals, but the final product was "meh" at best. In addition, their FMP character figures (both Tessa and Kaname) are way to slutty for my tastes. :?

i'll try my best to keep all the rules- i'm quite new to forums and all.

The Chidori & Tessa set is confirmed to be released next month. The HLJ has it on preorder since 1-2 days ago for around 6500 Yen. Other shops are taking preorders as well.

A figure of Tessa in a racing queen outfit by Atelier Sai is also on preorder on HLJ (for May). They dont have the photo of it yet but i've come across it in some photos from the Winter Wonder Festival.

I saw that race queen Tessa figure on another forum a few days ago. I'd get it if it weren't for the removable skirt... IMO, that's a tad, well... slutty. :/

Thanks for the link, BTW :D

"Can I help you?, "you know this section is.." she broke off her sentence as the man walked towards her and nodded, "I think you can Captain".
Tessa looked down, "I haven't been called Captain in 4 years," Wha..what do you want?"
He gave her a devious grin, "I'm here to make sure you keep your promise."
