Returning home from work, an Antartian was shocked to find her house ransacked and burglarized. She telephoned the police at once and reported the crime. The police dispatcher broadcast the call on the channels, and a K-9 unit patrolling nearby was the first to respond. As the K-9 officer approached the house with his dog on a leash, the woman ran out on the porch, shuddered at the sight of the cop and his dog, then sat down on the steps. Putting her face in her hands, she moaned, "I come home to find all my possessions stolen. I call the police for help, and what do they do? They send me a BLIND policeman!"

Must find a better one to top this one.

I LOVE having time to myself and no rush to do anything... I just hope
I remember how to get back into the game of it when I start my new job.

Ahh... worry about that later... up next is Pt2 of my vacation-from-life.
Taking a trip to Vancouver to LV to LA and back up to Vancouver for the
next two weeks or so. I'll take pictures.

Vacations are s much fun... but why do you have to work to get away from work?
ie. plan the trip, plan where to stay, plan the money situation, plan what
to pack, pack, etc, etc, etc....

Back from my vacation... now I need a vacation from my vacation *sighs*
Well, the first three days at my new job at IBM didn't kill me... yet. Mind you,
I was pretty much expected to SALP -- aka Sit Around and Look Pretty. The
hard stuff comes later so they say.

Yippeeeeeee !!!!!! I passed the theory final for my motor drivers license!!!!

I really thought I would flunk .. because they asked 50 of the most treacherous, back-stabbing questions I ever saw on a test.

Ugh.. I need a new job. As entertaining as debt collecting can be (mainly reading how these morons got their debts in the first place), the hours suck. Gimme something barely liquid and highly explosive.

Gaming admin lose it's appeal already?

Well, I've been doing nights, the account I've been 'babysitting' hasn't killed
me... yet (key word), the guy training me's been quite sociable, and I'm waiting
for hopefully what will be my first paycheck... sometime (key word).

Tho I do personally HATE types that call in with the arcane 'Is this problem
fixed yet, I called in about it <insert VERY short timeframe here> ago,' which
is what I got to do as a circuit was down for a client that went to their
'critical' messaging service. Idunno if that was crazy, or the fact that
after escalating the problem for close to 8 hours to Level 5 the fix was
to put some tape on the cable *sighs*
