Hmm, There was an intern who worked at my job. His dad does custom embroidery/silk-screening on hats/jackets/shirts/polos/sweaters.

If you guys are interested (and we can get the logos in the correct format), I can see how much it would run to do some custom stuff, as well as the minimum order.
