It's a surprisingly high quality doujin game that even supports up to 4 people in online play going head to head with each other. The character voices obviously arn't done by the original cast, but they sound pretty close, and they've put in a good deal of each character's defining abiities.

The controls are actually pretty simple. There's about 9 buttons/keys used (1 of which is 'pause'), but no single attack requires more than 3 button presses. It's pretty easy to do stuff. The main thing is more luring the other guy into your blast zone.
And also, my personal favourite matchup to face each other...
Some people... require more 'befriending' than others.
If enough people here play, we should get a 4-way running sometime.
