favorite scene (various spoilers)

My favorite scene was during episode 8 after the Kiss. Sagara's sad look and sincerity. The "almost" kiss between him and Chidori after she pulls him out of the water. *sigh* That is just such a great scene.

That's a tough question, but let's see....

Some spoilers- duh....

Sousuke and his amusingly lame excuses (like joining the girl's team!)
and
Kaname nailing Sousuke with a base.
(you'd think, with his experiences, he mighta realized something was coming...)

Those are just the funny scenes I can remember atm....

For serious...the end of 17, I think. When he comes back, and is surprised that Kaname was waiting for him.
Also, in the last episode, that scene where she's telling him the baseball analogy- it was just, I dunno, sort of freaky, but a powerful scene. And her calm confidence contrasting with his opposite feelings, in that second half of the ep.- it so totally breaks the 'hero' cliche.

And there's one more I can think of right now-
Ep. 12, in the AS fight- Sousuke makes this face
It's such a quirky expression, and he doesn't make many of those in the anime.
(although in the print versions he makes them quite often

Hmmmmm........... Nobody can beat my favorite scene.......

It was when Kurz introduced himself to Kaname..... It was one of the most funniest conversation I've ever heard.

I thought it was funny that he's a european guy who speaks english, but has a *very* japanese accent when...speaking english.

But I really don't think anything beats Sagara's outfit in the "date" episode. Major droolage.

Okay, a question....is Sousuke's outfit at that date supposed to look J-rock-ish?
It seems (to me) that he kinda looks like someone like that, but I can't think of who. It's been bugging me, I'm not sure if it's an intentional thing, or just....random.

(there's so much little parody-type stuff, subtle stuff, it's really hard to catch it all)

the black oversize sweater shirt, the um...tight black pants...

When I saw it it had just struck me that somewhere I had seen a similar RL pic somewhere. shrug

hey his outfit does look j-rockish...i hadn't thought of that

the first thing that came to my mind was that the clothes and the chains looked gothic...which sorta suited him since he seems a little morbid at times

back to the topic...a scene i like a lot is where kaname is angry at sousuke about the vacation for two

he asks her what's the matter and she responds with "nothing, seargent sagara sousuke"

and he looks quite uncomfortable hehe
